Hello,

Here we begin a SERIES entitled:

On the road to healing…

in the sense of self-restoration, restoration of the heart (PSY and SPI).

This series will include several steps and various resources.

Do you want to grow

in your spiritual life?

To grow and reach spiritual maturity in Jesus Christ, everyone needs to experience inner healing. Spiritual maturity is inseparable from emotional maturity.

“The Lord heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds” (Ps. 147.3)

Don’t you think you’re in poor health?

Well, let’s see…

– Are you quick to feel abandoned or rejected?

– Do you live in insecurity and fear?

– Or do you often have feelings of humiliation, betrayal or injustice?

– Maybe you’re struggling with addictions?

– Do you feel blocked?

– Do you sometimes feel disappointed in yourself, perhaps even to the point of doubting your salvation when you consider the condition you’re in?

or maybe…

– Your reactions are disproportionate or inappropriate?

– You experience excessive negative emotions or overwhelming negative feelings?

– For example, do you make excuses to let out the anger that’s brewing inside you?

Symptoms

These are all symptoms of real inner wounds that have received little or no care, and which indicate an urgent need for treatment and healing.

Convinced

that you have wounds?

Stage 1 is becoming aware of the existence of wounds hidden deep within you.

It’s true that God can heal hidden wounds in a split second. However, many people need time to do the work of dealing with their past.

On the road to healing?

To get on the road to your restoration, depending on the wounds and trauma, support from a qualified person is often necessary.

God has provided everything

to bring you to restoration

God wants your inner healing. That’s why Jesus Christ came to earth and on the cross, took upon Himself all your illnesses and diseases (Isaiah 53). Yes, God wants you to be healthy. Will you take a step towards receiving healing?

Will you take step 1?

On the way to restoration?

The truth is, it’s time to say no to procrastination, denial, and burying your suffering.

You need to start by RECOGNISING your condition and your need of psychological and spiritual healing…

Step 1 towards recovery

is to

RECOGNISE your condition,

RECOGNISE

that you need

inner healing,

restoration of your heart.

Jesus said:

It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sicks (Mat. 9.12)

Prayer (to be personalised)

Yes, Lord Jesus, I see symptoms like ‘…’. (list what you have already identified)

which highlight my real, inner state.

I recognise that I have wounds.

I want to move towards healing,

psychological and spiritual restoration.

Guide me to complete restoration, Lord Jesus!

I choose step 1:

I recognise my condition and my need for healing.

Amen to that!
